Panic! At The Disco, also referred to as P!ATD, PATD, p!atd, patd, P!, p!, Panic!, Panic, panic, panic!, is from Las Vegas, Nevada. The band started out quite young, three fourths of their members we're still in high school during the band's early days. The original band members were: Ryan Ross- at the time oldest member, Spencer Smith- Ross' best friend since preschool, Brent Wilson- little is known about him except that he left Panic! in May of 2006 for reasons unknown, Brendon Urie- Was drafted into Panic! by past bassist and fellow guitar class student (Wilson) as the new guitarist but was asked by Ross to sing the song one day and he became the lead singer. When Wilson left the band, "temporary" bassist Jon Walker from Chicago, Illinois grew into the roll more and eventually became the bands new bassist. Panic! is on Pete Wentz's (Bassist of Fall Out Boy) label Decaydance and appear to be the favorite on his label.
